The Maxina is a luxury, Mediterranean home plan. Overall, the Maxina has 3104 square feet of living area, three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. It was Andrea Palladio who, over four hundred and fifty years ago, conceived of adapting the pediment and columns of Greek architecture to private residents. Nowhere are his ideas more beautifully adapted to modern day needs than in the Maxina. The Maxina is a simple, yet elegant, floor plan designed for great views, fabulous entertaining and seamless indoor-outdoor living.
From the welcoming front portico, the Maxina showcases its luxurious floor plan. Inside the Maxina, the foyer opens to a spacious great room with retreating glass walls that open to the lanai. The great room features one wall of built-ins for family collectibles and media components. Centrally located between the dining room and great room, the kitchen serves both realms with ease. The kitchen offers a center cook top island, serving bar facing the leisure room and plenty of cabinets and countertops. Retreating glass walls expand the breakfast nook to the lanai’s outdoor kitchen and fireplace. Away from the public spaces, a split floor plan places guest bedrooms on one side of the home and the master retreat on the other side.
