The Caprice house plan is a luxury, Mediterranean home plan. The front entry of the home is flanked by triple arches. Stucco detailing and corbels are dispersed throughout the exterior of the home. A barrel tile roof finishes it off. An oversized three car garage is accessed in the front of the home.
Inside, the Caprice floor plan offers 3186 square feet of well appointed living space. This living space offers a central great room, open kitchen, three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The large foyer leads into the formal dining room on the right. Beyond the foyer is the spacious great room. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with a corner walk-in pantry and two islands.
