The Maywood home plan is a lovely three bedroom, two bath home. Find classic charm in each multi-pane window. The double columns, and the multiple dormers give it a unique front elevation. With 1911 sq. ft. of living area, the Maywood is an especially open floor plan. It has a large dining room, kitchen and great room. It is divided by columns and arches.
Extending the living space outside, retreating glass doors open the great room to the veranda. The great room has a cozy fireplace that warms the great room and dining room. The kitchen of the Maywood plan is galley style and it is open on both ends. One end of the kitchen leads through an archway to the hallway.
