The Sondelle house plan originated from one of our top-selling home plans – The Moderno. After listening to customer comments, the Sondelle was created to give additional options. With a straightened garage, this home is able to fit narrower lots. A larger kitchen and dining room makes entertaining easier. Upstairs, the loft was replaced by an additional bedroom.
However, the Sondelle home plan still has all the house design qualities that has made the Moderno house design so popular. Walking in, the foyer and large open great room feature stone accents. The great room is open to the kitchen and dining area. Multiple French doors lead to the large verandah, outdoor kitchen and solana. On the left side of the home is a casual family entrance. This leads to the spacious three car garage with storage, a large utility room, a generous walk-in pantry and butler’s pantry. The right side of the home houses a study, guest/pool bath and the master suite. The large master suite offers a lot of storage space, dual vanities, a walk-in shower, soaking tub and a view to the master garden.
